Who is Scott?

With 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, Scott has excelled as a Broker Owner, team leader, and top-producing agent. He has successfully managed both large, multi-office companies and smaller, close-knit teams of agents.  Specializing in luxury boutique properties, particularly in the Florida Keys and North Florida, Scott has built a thriving career in resort real estate. He is a member of the prestigious Top Producers group and holds several Realtor designations, including CRB, Edge Society, C2EX, and At Home with Diversity. Additionally, Scott serves as a Director on the Florida Realtors Board of Directors and is a Major Investor with RPAC.

A true Florida enthusiast, Scott enjoys boating and fishing, making the most of the state's natural beauty.  He also loves traveling in his RV during his free time and is a passionate pilot, actively involved with his local flying club.  Family is a central part of Scott's life.  He and his wife of over 21 years, Tracy, live in Saint Johns with their labradoodle, Conor.  They are proud parents of two grown daughters-one recently settled in St. Augustine, FL, and the other beginning her studies as a sophomore at Florida State University.
